I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were small but cozy with a comfortable pull-down bed. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and even leaving me special instructions for a meal. The location was ideal for my visit to Luton, and the dining experience was good overall, although some dishes were not to my taste. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay enjoyable.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with all necessary amenities. The restaurant provides good value with a diverse menu, though the pull-down bed takes up most of the room space. The property gets very warm at night, and an extra pillow would have been appreciated.
The Queen Room was a bit smaller than expected and not quite ready upon arrival, but the service was excellent and friendly. The location in a quiet residential area, despite the noise from overhead airplanes, was decent. The dining experience had lovely ingredients but some issues with the mushrooms. Overall, a mixed experience with room size and readiness, offset by excellent service and a generally quiet location.
The hotel offers cozy rooms that may feel a bit cramped for two but are perfectly adequate for one person. The service is fabulous, with staff going out of their way to be helpful. The location is ideal for accessing transportation hubs, but it may feel a bit confined and noisy due to its proximity to the motorway and flight path.
